Policies & Procedures:
In order to honor the commitment each of us is making to your class time, the following POLICIES apply to all classes held with MetaMotion Mindful Movement (NJ) . . .
BOOKING: We ask that bookings are made at least 24 hours before the start of class. If nobody is booked 24 hours ahead, the class may be cancelled. Bookings made within 24 hours of class are considered pending subject to availability.
CANCELLATION: “Early Cancellation” for group classes closes 12 hours before the start of class. Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will be considered a “Late Cancel” and charged in full.
NO-SHOW: Please communicate if you need to cancel at any time. If you are booked for class and do not show up without communicating re cancellation, you will be charged an additional $20 "no-show fee."
